Method 1: Add a device with a QR code
1. Open the SmartThings App and tap Devices on the bottom bar
2. + button in the upper left corner of Devices, select Add Device

3. Click Scan from Scan QR code to scan the QR code

4. Click Start to start adding devices

5.  Please make sure the blub connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi as the gateway, and enter the correct password, and enter the correct password

6. The adding process takes about 30 seconds

If can not add the blub, pls check below information:

a. Confirm that the device is in the factory state (the color of the light will cycle automatically after power-on, if not, please reset the device)
b. Confirm that the SmartThings App (Android version) and SmartThings Gateway version meet the minimum version requirements

c. Confirm that the phone using SmartThings App (Android version)  and SmartThing Gateway are connected to 2.4 GHz or (2.4/5 GHz) dual-band WiFi.

Method 2: Add devices with 11-digit Code
1. Open the SmartThings App and tap Devices on the bottom bar
2. + button in the upper left corner of Devices, select Add Device
3. Hit Enter from Enter setup code and enter 11-digit-code

4. Click Start to start adding devices
5. Please make sure the blub connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi as the gateway, and enter the correct password

If can not add the blub, pls check below information:

a. Confirm that the device is in the factory state (the color of the light will cycle automatically after power-on, if not, please reset the device)
b. Confirm that the SmartThings App (Android version) and SmartThings Gateway version meet the minimum version requirements
