I can't add a bulb.

1. Power on your bulb and use the switch to turn it on.

2. Make sure your app is connected to the Wi-Fi (only supports 2.4GHz) and try to add the bulb again.

3. If you still can't add the bulb, you can factory reset it by turning on/off the light switch associated with the bulb 6 times.

4. Please check if the bulb you purchased matches the area of use. For example, your account that registered in the US can't add the bulb you bought in Europe.
