The bulb shows offline.

1. It may be that the bulb is too far from the router, or there is a signal interference between the two, which makes the signal poor, causing the bulb to go offline. It is recommended to place the bulb closer to the router.
2. Directly using the physical switch of the bulb to turn off the bulb will cause the bulb to lose power, disconnect from the Wi-Fi and go offline. After turning the bulb on with the physical switch, the bulb will automatically come back online within 2 minutes—no need to reset the bulb. We also recommend using the app to control the bulb on and off. That will not take the bulb offline.

3. While the bulb is being upgraded, there may be a brief offline period. After the upgrade is complete, the bulb will automatically come back online. It can be checked by following steps: Tap the bulb in the app and go to the bulb settings>Firmware Version.
4. If the above 3 points did not solve your problem, you can reset the bulb and add it again.
