The screen displays an "E2" error code and air purifier will not turn on.
It happens when the motor is overheating. Please power off your air purifier for more than 5 minutes, then plug it back in and restart it. If it does not resolve the issue, please do not hesitate to let us know to get further assistance.
The number stays at 500 PM2.5, and the indicator keeps red.
