We recommend using distilled or demineralized water for this filter-free humidifier. "Hard water" in some areas can cause mineral buildup, leading to white dust or mold. The filter does not need replacement.
Can I add essential oils to this humidifier?
No, adding essential oils can clog the humidifier and make cleaning difficult.
Why is the BoostMist function turned off every 30 minutes?
The BoostMist function has a high output of 550ml/h. To prevent excessive humidification and maintain a safe humidity level (below 60%), it automatically stops every 30 minutes.
Is this top-fill or bottom-fill?
It is bottom-fill. Please fill the water tank upside down to prevent water leakage effectively.
