    Simplicity
Easy to purchase, connect, and use your choice of device.

    Interoperability
Devices from different brands work natively together.
  3. 3
    Reliability
    Consistent and responsive local connectivity.
  4. 4
    Security
Robust and streamlined to protect both users and developers.
Matter Controllers
Matter Controllers act as central devices at the core of Matter smart homes, controlling the flow of information and making sure commands are received and completed. Matter Controllers are necessary, but don’t have to be dedicated devices. Some existing devices in your home may be able to become your home’s Matter Controller.
Note: For a more comprehensive list of some available Matter Controllers, see the Dicover More section toward the bottom of this page.
Privacy and Security
Matter implements industry-leading measures to safeguard user data, keeping it away from anyone but you. It works locally, without using the cloud, for even more security. AiDot fully supports, and implements, these security measures into its Matter-compatible devices and never accesses, retains, or analyzes your data.
