First of all, please make sure that the IOS version of your iPhone or Ipad is 16.1 or above. The home hub (such as Apple TV/home pod/home pod mini) is also version 16.1 and above.  Make sure that your device is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

Method 1: Add devices by scanning the QR code
1. Open Home App

2. Click the + button in the upper right corner and select Add Accessories

3. Scan the QR code

4. Add devices according to the prompts on the page

5. The adding process takes about 50 seconds, and the light will flash twice (the interval between the two flashes is about 15 seconds)

Method 2: Use an 11-digit Code to add devices
1. Open Home App
2. Click the + button in the upper right corner and select Add Accessories
3. Click More Options

4. Select the device to be networked

5. Enter the 11-digit number under the QR Code on the device/manual according to the prompt on the page, and confirm

6. The adding process takes about 50 seconds, and the light will flash twice (the interval between the two flashes is about 15 seconds)
