Why can't my Matter light connect to a third-party app (Applehome, Alexa, Google Home, etc.)?
1. The phone and the speaker (or gateway) need to be connected to the same wifi.
2. The device is powered on and needs to be wired within 15 minutes;
3. If enter the QR code manually, please make sure to enter it correctly;
4. Only support 2.4G network;
5. Ensure that the third-party app used is updated to a version that supports the matter;
6. Restart the Bluetooth of the mobile phone (turn it off and turn it on again).
Note: After the device is successfully added to the third-party App, we will automatically update the device if it has the latest version.
a. The device is automatically updated 20 minutes after each power-up;
b. If the device has been unplugged, then it will automatically update every 24 hours.
